Philadelphia Phillies - OUR HOUSE RULES

On the heels of an electric run to the World Series, the Phillies entered 2023 with a re-loaded roster, renewed expectations, and a re-energized fanbase. With sky-high vibes for the team, they didn't need a campaign to generate hype. They needed one to convert hype into ticket sales. So, how did we get fans out of their cozy recliners and into our rock-hard bleachers? By reminding them Our House Rules.

We launched an integrated campaign that showed how our house is unlike any other in the world. We featured the player’s weird traditions, outlined the rules for behaving like a Phillies fan, and compared our house to a daycare without adult supervision. The flexible platform allowed us to create fresh content all season long – including reacting to iconic moments in real-time.

The work generated millions of impressions, the fans loved it, and the average stadium attendance jumped from 28,459 in 2022 to 38,157 in 2023.
